Megan Giroux, Leasing Consultant & Marketing Manager, joined the firm in 2001, having previously worked in the event planning industry. Born and raised in Michigan, Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and moved to Chicago in 1999.
Megan's responsibilities include retail leasing for the Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. portfolio including The Merchandise Mart, 401 N. Wells and 431 N. Orleans, as well as Michigan Plaza at 205-225 N. Michigan Avenue, 33 N. Dearborn, 100 & 150 S. Wacker Drive, 198 E. Delaware and 680 N. Lake Shore Drive. She is also a member of the Stone Real Estate tenant representation team that serves clients including The Fresh Market and Banana Republic. Megan offers her clients loyalty, a competitive edge and the ability to manage many facets of the business.
Megan is also responsible for the firm's marketing, including management of the company's website, graphic design and event planning.
She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Executive Women (CREW) and Women In Retail Leasing (WIRL). Megan enjoys spending time with friends and family, running and working out and exploring Chicago's neighborhood retail scene. |
