James Vender, Associate, joined Stone Real Estate Corporation in November, 2008, after having previously worked at CB Richard Ellis. Born and raised in Connecticut, James moved to Chicago in 2005. James earned a bachelor's degree from Boston College.
At Stone Real Estate Corporation, James concentrates on landlord and tenant representation, with a focus on downtown Chicago and the surrounding neighborhoods. James is a member of the Stone Real Estate Corporation team that leases the retail spaces at The Chicago Board of Trade, 135 S. LaSalle, 231 S. LaSalle, 55 W. Monroe, 235 W. Van Buren, 3216 N. Broadway in Lakeview East, 2163 N. Clybourn, 212 W. Van Buren, 550 W Adams, as well as high profile properties in Glenview and Oak Forest. James is the exclusive representative for elements in Illinois.
James is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is an Associate Board Member of the Eisenberg Foundation.
