John Vance joined Stone Real Estate Corporation in 2001, having worked at Equity Residential and Marcus Evans. John earned a Masters degree from the University of Illinois, a Bachelors degree from Boston College and is presently a CCIM Candidate. John concentrates on both landlord and tenant representation. He is the retail leasing agent for 30 N. LaSalle, 150 N. Michigan, 100 N. Riverside, 333 W. Wacker, 111 W. Jackson, 307 N. Michigan and the Civic Opera House in Downtown Chicago. On the tenant representation side, John’s current tenants include Papyrus, J. Crew, Apple, Benefit Cosmetics, Clarks Shoes and Crossroads Trading Co. in the Metropolitan Chicago market.
